Exchange and Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return it for an exchange, refund or store credit, less any actual
shipping and handling charges. Please call or email for your return authorization. All such requests should be postmarked
within seven (7) days of receiving your order (see exceptions below).
The original shipping is not refundable. If you wish to
exchange you will not be charged the actual shipping on your exchanged items.
In order to receive an exchange or store credit or refund, all returned items
must be in their original packaging, in unworn, brand new condition
with tags attached. Please wear a thin slip or camisole when trying on
your new corset. You may exchange your corset due to sizing errors once
per corset order.
Exceptions: Exchanges
and store credits will not be issued on the following;
1. Custom designed corsetry or other merchandise that has been ordered
to your sizing and fabric specifications. All custom orders have a 4-6
week wait time and can not be canceled after the initial order has been
placed with the manufacturer. Custom orders require payment in full
when the order is placed. Additional charges may apply. We cannot be
held responsible for inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer
so please
measure
carefully.
2. Panties, undergarments, sleeves and hosiery are not
returnable due to the nature of the items.
3. Garments that we think have been subjected to abnormal abuse or
wear, or altered in any way by the customer.
Exchange or Return:
In order to exchange your item or receive a store credit, simply
contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to request a
Return Authorization number. Packages returned without prior
authorization will not be accepted. In some instances you may incur a
20% restocking fee and a store credit of the balance. You will be
notified via email when your package has been delivered and your store
credit or refund has been issued or your exchange has been shipped.
Changes or Cancellations: In
most instances your order will be shipped out immediately when placed
but should you need to make a change to your order, please notify us as
soon as possible. We will be happy to help with a change or
cancellation if your item or items have not been shipped.
Shipping and Handling Charges: US Rates are as follows: up to $50=$6.50, $51-$99.99=$10.50, $100-$249.99=$12.50, $250.00 up=Free
to USA. International shipping, please email for rate. We will ship USPS Priority Insured as soon as order
has been placed and we have received notice of payment. All packages
are shipped discreetly. You will be notified via email of your delivery
confirmation number when your package has been shipped.
